Abstract
Yolanda Dahlia. Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dan Corporate Social
Responsibility Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Sektor Barang Konsumsi yang
terdaftar di BEI Periode 2015-2019 . Di bawah bimbingan Henny Mulyati, SE.
M.Comm.
Nilai perusahaan yang tinggi merupakan slah satu indikator utama untuk menarik
minat investor untuk berinvestasi. Oleh sebab itu nilai perusahaan menjadi sangat
penting untuk mencerminkan kinerja perusahaan sehingga dapat mempengaruhi
pandangan investor terhadap nilai perusahaan, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk
mengetahui peran GCG dan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan pada perusahaan
sektor barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di BEI periode 2015-2019. metode yang
digunakan pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dan
diperoleh sampel sebanyak 27 perusahaan sektor barang konsumsi. Analisis data
dengan regresi berganda,
Kata Kunci: (1) Komisaris Independen, (2) Kepemilikan Manajerial, (3)
Kepemilikan Institusional, (4) CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap
keputusan nilai perusahaan.

The influence of Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social
Responsibility against company value in the goods consumption sector that
registered Period BEI 2015-2019. Under the guidance of Henny Mulyati
SE,M.Comm High company value is one of the main indicators to attract
investors to invest. Therefore, the value of the company is very important to
reflect the company's performance so that it can affect the view of investors on
company valueThis research aims to determine the role of GCG & CSR on
corporate value. Consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesian stock
exchange for the period 2015-2019. The method used this study using purposive
sampling technique and obtained a sample of 27 (twenty seven) companies in the
consumer goods sector. data analysis with multiple regression.
