Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis pengaruh Servicescape Terhadap Revisit Intention yang Dimediasi oleh Perceived Service Quality Pada Omah Teko Guest House Yogyakarta, dengan Batasan masalah ‘’Bagaimana Pengaruh Servicescape dan Perceived Service Quality Terhadap Revisit Intention yang diterapkan oleh Omah Teko Guest House Yogyakarta’’. Desain penelitian yang digunakan kuantitatif assosiatif. Teknik pengambilan data menggunakan Non-probability Sampling dengan teknik accidental sampling sebanyak 100 pengunjung(rumus Lemeshow) dan Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS). Hasil penelitian memberikan bukti empiris bahwa Servicescape berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Perceived Service Quality pada Omah Teko Guest House. Perceived Service Quality berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention. Servicescape berpengaruh langsung dan signifikan terhadap . Servicescape berpengaruh secara tidak langsung dan signifikan terhadap Revisit Intention melalui Perceived Service Quality. Perceived Service Quality dapat memediasi Servicescape terhadap Revisit Intention secara partial mediation.
