Pengaruh Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), dan Kinerja Keuangan Terhadap Nilai Perusahaan Pada Bank Umum Konvensional yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) Periode 2018 - 2022

This research aims to explain and understand the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and financial performance variables on company value, where this research is conducted on conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the period 2018-2022. Population of this study amounted to 43 conventional commercial banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2018-2022, with a sample size of 35 samples obtained based on purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis with data processing through EViews 13 software. The results of this study revealed that the Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable with institutional ownership proxy and financial performance variable affects company value, while Good Corporate Governance (GCG) variable with independent board of commissioners proxy and managerial ownership and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) variable has no effect on company value. Simultaneously, the variables of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), and financial performance affect the value of the company.
