Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat Total Quality Management dan Rewards terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Elmannan Cahaya Putra di Tangerang dan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Total Quality Management dan Reward terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Elmannan Cahaya Putra di Tangerang. Pada uji parsial Total Quality Management diperoleh nilai sig 0,004 < 0,05. Pada hasil uji simultan diperoleh hasil F hitung 52.916 > F tabel 3,19. Variabel Total Quality Management berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel Kinerja Karyawan. pada uji parsial reward memiliki t hitung sebesar 5,154 dengan t tabel sebesar 1,676 sehingga t hitung > t tabel dapat disimpulkan bahwa variabel reward memiliki kontribusi terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sehingga dapat dikatakan bahwa variabel X2 secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pada hasil uji simultan diperoleh hasil F hitung 52.916 > F tabel 3.19. Variabel Total Quality Management berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap variabel kinerja karyawan. Hasil pengujian hipotesis membuktikan bahwa Reward dan Total Quality Management secara bersama-sama berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan.
