Pengaruh Kisiko Bisnis, Manajemen Laba Terhadap Financial Distress Pada Perusahaan Properti, Real Estate dan Konstruksi Bangunan Yang Terdapat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018 - 2022

The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of business risk, profit management on financial distress. This study used a sample of 75 companies in the property, real estate and building construction sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2022. The method used is purposive sampling. The hypothesis test used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The results showed that business risk variables had a positive and insignificant effect on financial distress. Meanwhile, profit management has a positive and significant effect on financial distress.
