Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memperoleh nukti empiris mengenai Direksi, Komisaris dan Proporsi Komisaris Independen terhadap Financial Distress pada perusahaan Farmasi di Bursa Efek Indonesia 2018-2022. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode teknik purposive sampling. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari 222.idx.co.id dan website perusahaan. Dengan memperoleh sampel penelitian 21 (dua puluh satu) perusahaan farmasi yang terdaftar di BEI tahun 2018-2022. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah uji statistik deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, pengujian hipotesis. Model statistik yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel Direksi, Komisari, dan Proporsi Komisaris Independen terhadap Financial Distress berpengaruh simultan.
