Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Equity Ratio,
Working Capital to Total Asset, Total Asset Turnover, dan Net Profit Margin
terhadap pertumbuhan laba perusahaan farmasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan
metode kausatif dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Data diperoleh dari dokumentasi
laporan keuangan yang diolah selama lima tahun, terhitung dari tahun 2015-2019
dengan skala rasio. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi liner berganda
dengan IBM SPSS versi 25 sebagai alat analisisnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan
bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio memiliki pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap
pertumbuhan laba dengan proporsi 10,93%. Working Capital to Total Asset
memiliki pengaruh yang negatif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba dengan
proporsi 6,65%. Total Asset Turnover tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan
terhadap pertumbuhan laba dengan proporsi -1,20%. Net Profit Margin memiliki
pengaruh yang positif signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba dengan proporsi
tersebesar, yaitu 58,71%. Sedangkan 24,9% pertumbuhan laba dipengaruhi oleh
variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Secara simultan seluruh variabel independen
memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan laba sebesar 75,1%.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Debt to Equity Ratio, Working Capital to
Total Asset, Total Asset Turnover, and Net Profit Margin on profit growth of
pharmaceutical companies. This research uses a causative method with a
quantitative approach. The data is obtained from the documentation of financial
statements processed for five years, starting from 2015-2019 with a ratio scale. The
analysis technique used is multiple linear regression with IBM SPSS version 25 as
an analysis tool. The results showed that the Debt to Equity Ratio had a significant
negative effect on profit growth with the proportion of 10.93%. Working Capital to
Total Asset has a significant negative effect on profit growth with the proportion of
6.65%. Total Asset Turnover does not have a significant effect on profit growth with
the proportion of -1.20%. Net Profit Margin has a significant positive effect on
profit growth with the largest proportion, namely 58.71%. Meanwhile, 24.9% profit
growth is influenced by other variables which are not examined. Simultaneously all
independent variables have a significant influence on profit growth by 75.1%.
