Abstract

Tujuan Penelitian ini mengetahui pengaruh konflik kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan PT. Gunaplasindo Prima Abadi.
Adapun jenis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini data primer yang berasal dari karyawan PT. Gunaplasindo Prima Abadi Tangerang dengan jumlah 54 responden. Pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan rumus slovin. Penelitian ini mengalisis pengaruh konflik kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja terhadap kepuasan kerja karyawan. Penelitian ini menggunakan SPSS 26. Hasil penlitian menunjukan variabel konflik kerja, lingkungan kerja, dan stres kerja berpengaruh dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja pegawai pada PT. Gunaplasindo Prima Abadi.
