Pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Harga Saham dan Volume Transaksi Pada Perusahaan Property dan Real Eatate Yang Tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Pandemi Covid-19 Terhadap Harga Saham dan Volume Transaksi Pada Perusahaan Property Dan Real Estate Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode satu tahun sebelum pandemi Covid-19 dan satu tahun setelah pandemi Covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian komparatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Perusahaan Property Dan Real Estate Yang Tercatat Di Bursa Efek Indonesia dan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling yang sudah sesuai dengan kriteria sebagai penentuan dari sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 2.5. Hasil penelitian menyatakan terdapat perbedaan harga saham yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.044. Terdapat perbedaan Volume Transaksi yang signifikan sebelum dan sesudah pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia dengan nilai sig sebesar 0.014.

This study aims to examine the Effect of the Covid-19 Pandemic on Stock Prices and Transaction Volumes in Property and Real Estate Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for a period of one year before the Covid-19 pandemic and one year after the Covid-19 pandemic. The type of research used in this study is comparative research. The population in this study are Property and Real Estate Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and the technique used is a purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria as a determination of the research sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 2.5 program tool. The results of the study stated that there was a significant difference in stock prices before and after the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia with a sig value of 0.044. There is a significant difference in Transaction Volume before and after the Covid-19 pandemic in Indonesia with a sig value of 0.014.
