Abstract

MAYA SARI. Pengaruh Divident Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Net Profit Margin (NPM) Terhadap Price To Book Value (PBV) PADA Perusahaan Sektor Jasa Yang Terdaftar Di BEI Periode 2016-2020. Dibawah bimbingan Ibu Hj. Ermalina, SE,MM .

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Net Profit Margin ( NPM) terhadap Price To Book Value (PBV). Pada perusahaan sektor jasa subsector pariwisata, restoran dan hotel yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan data sekunder yang didapatkan melalui laporan keuangan perushaan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini yaitu 35 perusahaan. Tehnik pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling dengan mengambil sampel yang memenuhi kreteria sebanyak 9 perusahaan. Analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Net Profit Margin (NPM) negatife signifikan secara persial terhadap Price To Book Value (PBV). Secara simultan Dividen Payout Ratio (DPR), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER) dan Net Profit Margin ( NPM) berpengaruh negatif signifikan sterhadap Price To Book Value (PBV).
