Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh personal selling dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian . Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah 150 customer erablue electronic cikupa. sampel yang dipergunakan adalah sebanyak 96 customer, dihitung berdasarkan rumus Slovin. Metode penarikan sampel menggunakan simple random sampling. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode survey, dengan instrumen penelitian adalah kuesioner. Metode analisis data menggunakan Partial Least Square. Penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa personal selling berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian konsumen. personal selling dan kualitas pelayanan terdapat berpengaruh signifikan secara bersamaan terhadap keputusan pembelian.
