Abstract

LINDA AYU SAFITRI. Analisis Pengaruh Pajak Daerah dan Dana Perimbangan Terhadap Belanja Modal. Dibawah bimbingan MULIA ALIM.

Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis pengaruh pajak daerah dan Dana Perimbangan secara parsial dan simultan Terhadap Belanja Modal pada Provinsi Se-Pulau Jawa periode tahun 2016-2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 6 provinsi se-Pulau Jawa. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder, yaitu Laporan Realisasi Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja dan Daerah (APBD) yang diperoleh dari situs masing-masing 6 provinsi. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Pengujian data menggunakan analisis statistik yaitu analisis regresi linier berganda dengan menggunakan SPSS. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial Pajak Daerah berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap Belanja Modal. Sedangkan secara simultan Pajak Daerah dan Dana Perimbangan berpengaruh terhadap Belanja Modal. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,838 atau sebesar 83,8 %. Hal ini membuktikan bahwa variabel dependen pada penelitian ini hanya mampu dijelaskan oleh variabel bebas sebesar 83,8% sedangkan sisanya 16,2% dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti pada penelitian ini.

LINDA AYU SAFITRI. Analysis of the Effect of Regional Taxes and Balancing Funds on Capital Expenditures. Under the guidance of MULIA ALIM.

The purpose of this study was conducted to analyze the effect of local taxes and the Balancing Fund partially and simultaneously on Capital Expenditures in the Province of Java for the period 2016-2020. The population in this study were 6 provinces throughout Java. The data used in this study is secondary data, namely the Realization Report of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBD) obtained from the sites of each of the 6 provinces. The research method used is a quantitative method. Testing the data using statistical analysis, namely multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS. The results of this study indicate that partially local taxes have a positive and significant effect on capital expenditures. The balancing fund has a negative and significant effect on capital expenditures. Meanwhile, simultaneously the Regional Tax and Balancing Fund have an effect on Capital Expenditure. Adjusted R Square value is 0.838 or 83.8%. This proves that the dependent variable in this study can only be explained by the independent variable by 83.8% while the remaining 16.2% is explained by other variables not examined in this study.
