Pengaruh kepemilikan manajerial, profitabilitas, dan struktur aset terhadap kebijakan hutang (Perusahaan manufaktur terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015 - 2019)

The purpose of this study was to determine how the influence of managerialownership, dividends, asset structure and profitability on the debt policy of 11 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015- 2019. The method used in thisresearch is descriptive qualitative and purposive sampling. Based on the f test, the results of data processing for the effect of Debt Policy (X1), Profitability (X2) and Asset Structure (X3) simultaneously on Debt Policy are 0.012 <0.05 and the value of f counts is 3.274> f table 4.56, so it can be concluded that H4 is accepted, which means that there is an effect of X1, X2, and X3 simultaneously on Y.
