Abstract

The purpose of this study was to prove the effect of ownership structure, free cash flow on dividend policies listed on the Indonesian stock exchange in 2014-2020.
Based on the criteria that have been set, 5 insurance that has been selected as a sample in this study using a purposive sampling method. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple linear regression using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) Software Version 26 and Microsoft Excel 2013. The results obtained from this study indicate that free cash flow has no effect on dividend policy while for ownership variables managerial, institutional ownership and foreign ownership affect dividend policy.
