Pengaruh Perubahan Arus Kas dan Praktik GCG Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Perusahaan Sektor Pertambangan Yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020

This study aims to examine the effect of changes in cash flow and GCG practices on the financial performance of mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. The independent variables in this study are changes in cash flow, and GCG which is proxied on institutional ownership, managerial ownership, and independent board of commissioners. The dependent variable in this study is financial performance as measured by return on assets (ROA). This research uses associative quantitative method. The research population is mining sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. Sample selection by purposive sumpling method. This study uses quantitative secondary data obtained from www.idx.co.id. Data collection techniques with documentation techniques. There are 55 mining sector companies listed on the IDX used as research samples according to predetermined criteria. The results show that institutional ownership variables have a negative and significant effect on financial performance, changes in cash flow, managerial ownership and independent commissioners have no effect on financial performance, and simultaneously independent variables affect financial performance.
