Pengaruh Umur Perusahaan, Repustasi Underwriter, Underpricing Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Initial Public Offering (IPO) di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2016-2020

The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of company age, undewriter reputation and underpricing on financial performance which is proxied using the profitability ratio is return on assets (ROA). On this research the researcher using all companies that have recently made an initial public offering (IPO). The method used in this research is quantitative in the form of as-sociative and for this research the researcher using purposive sampling method to collect the sample of the companies. So that there are 30 sample of companies that match with criteria in the previous the total population is 213 companies. As for the tests that used in this research is descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, R square de-termination coefficient test, hypothesis test. The result of this study are that there is a significant effect for company age, underwriter reputation and underpricing on financial performance as proxied by return on assets for all companies that made an initial public offering (IPO) on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange on 2016 until 2020.
