Pengaruh Corporate Social Responsibility, Struktur Modal dan Ukuran Perusahaan Terhadap Profitabilitas Pada Perusahaan Properti dan Estate yang Terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2017 - 2021

This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure and Company Size on Profitability simultaneously and partially in Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2021 period. The type of research used in this research is quantitative research with causal associative methods. The population in this study are Property and Real Estate Companies listed on the IDX for the 2017-2021 period and the technique used is a purposive sampling technique which complies with the criteria for determining the research sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 26 program. The results of the analysis concluded that Corporate Social Responsibility, Capital Structure, and Company Size simultaneously had an effect on Profitability of 20.2%. Corporate Social Responsibility partially has no effect on Profitability of 1.524. Capital structure partially has a negative and significant effect on profitability of -3.245. Firm size partially has a positive and significant effect on profitability of 2.705.
