Abstract

RISKA ASMAUL KUSNA, Pengaruh Umur Perusahaan, Reputasi Underwriter dan Underpric-ing Terhadap Kinerja Keuangan Pada Perusahaan Initial Public Offering di Bursa Efek Indone-sia Tahun 2016-2020. Dibawah bimbingan HENNY MULYATI.
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis pengaruh umur perusahaan, reputasi un-derwriter dan underpricing terhadap kinerja keuangan yang di proksikan menggunakan rasio profitabilitas yaitu return on assets.
Pada penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan semua perusahaan yang baru saja melakukan initial public offering (IPO) atau penawaran umum saham perdana ke publik. Adapun metode yang digunakan dalam melakukan penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif yang ber-bentuk asosiatif dan teknik purposive sampling untuk menentukan sampel yang digunakan, se-hingga terdapat 30 sampel perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria dari jumlah populasi yaitu 213 perusahaan. Adapun pengujian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu menggunakan uji ana-lisis deskriptif, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji koefisien determinasi R square, uji hipotesis. Adapun hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan untuk umur perusahaan, reputasi underwriter dan underpricing terhadap kinerja keuangan yang di proksikan dengan return on asset pada perusahaan yang melakukan initial public offering di Bursa Efek Indonesia dari tahun 2016-2020.

RISKA ASMAUL KUSNA, The Effect of Company Age, Underwriter Reputation and Under-pricing on Financial Performance on all companies that made an initial public offering on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange on 2016 - 2020. Under the guidance of HENNY MULYATI.
The purpose of this research is to analyze the effect of company age, undewriter reputation and underpricing on financial performance which is proxied using the profitability ratio is return on assets (ROA). On this research the researcher using all companies that have recently made an initial public offering (IPO). The method used in this research is quantitative in the form of as-sociative and for this research the researcher using purposive sampling method to collect the sample of the companies. So that there are 30 sample of companies that match with criteria in the previous the total population is 213 companies. As for the tests that used in this research is descriptive analysis test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression test, R square de-termination coefficient test, hypothesis test. The result of this study are that there is a significant effect for company age, underwriter reputation and underpricing on financial performance as proxied by return on assets for all companies that made an initial public offering (IPO) on Indo-nesia Stock Exchange on 2016 until 2020.
