Abstract

RAHMAT SAIFULLOH. Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Book Value Per Share dan Retrun On Equity Terhadap Harga Saham Pada Perusahaan Property Dan Real Estate Yang Terdaftar Di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016-2020. Dibawah bimbingan RIZKY MAULANA PRIBADI.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti Pengaruh Earning Per Share, Book Value Per Share dan Retrun On Equity Terhadap Harga Saham secara simultan dan parsial pada Perusahaan sektor Real Estate dan Property di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode 2016-2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan metode asosiatif kausal. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan Property dan Real Estate yang terdaftar di BEI Periode 2016-2020 dan teknik yang digunakan adalah teknik purposive sampling yang sudah sesuai dengan kriteria sebagai penentuan dari sampel penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis regresi berganda dengan alat bantu program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 2.5. Hasil analisis menyimpulkan bahwa Earning Per Share, Book Value Per Share dan Return On Equity secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap Harga Saham sebesar 24,8%. Earning Per Share secara parsial tidak bepengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sebesar -1,162. Book Value Per Share secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sebesar 5,569. Return On Equity secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap harga saham sebesar 4,248.

This study aims to examine the effect of Earning Per Share, Book Value Per Share and Return On Equity on Share Prices simultaneously and partially in Real Estate and Property sector companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2016-2020 period. The type of research that used in this research is quantitative research with causal associative method. The population in this study are Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period and the technique is used a purposive sampling technique that is in accordance with the criteria as a determination of the research sample. Data analysis was performed using multiple regression analysis with the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) 2.5 program tool. The results of the analysis conclude that Earning Per Share, Book Value Per Share and Return On Equity simultaneously affect the stock price of 24.8%. Earning Per Share partially does not have a significant effect on stock prices of -1.162. Book Value Per Share partially has a significant effect on stock prices of 5.569. Return On Equity partially has a significant effect on stock prices of 4.248.
