Abstract

Dewanti Surya. 2017222350086. Analisis Perencanaan Pajak (Tax Planning) Dengan Memanfaatkan Instrumen Tunjangan Uang Makan vs Natura Pada PT. Amazon Colours Indonesia. Di bawah bimbingan Bapak Erion SE, MM, M.Phill.
Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk memperjelas bagaimana perencanaan pajak PT dilakukan. Amazon Colors Indonesia melalui subsidi makanan atau alat minimalisasi pajak. Metode penelitian yang digunakan penulis adalah deskriptif. Untuk analisis data, kami menggunakan teknik perolehan data observasional dan analisis kuantitatif melalui wawancara. Hasil yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa rencana pajak untuk biaya Natura dalam bentuk tunjangan makan dapat mengefisienkan beban pajak perusahaan dengan mengakui biaya Natura sebagai biaya operasional yang dapat dikurangkan dari total pendapatan. PT Manajemen Amazon Colours Indonesia perlu menerapkan rencana manajemen biaya material untuk merampingkan operasi perusahaan.

This research was conducted with the aim of explaining how PT tax planning is carried out. Amazon Colors Indonesia through food subsidies or tax minimization tools. The research method used by the author is descriptive. For data analysis, we used observational data acquisition techniques and quantitative analysis through interviews. The results obtained indicate that the tax plan for Natura costs in the form of meal allowances can streamline the company’s tax burden by recognizing Natura costs as operational costs that can be deducted from total income. The management of PT Amazon Colors Indonesia needs to implement a material cost management plan to streamline the company’s operations.
